Not an easy person to deal with. Doesn't listen very well. Diagnosed several problems then next visit changed his mind. Because I cancelled two appts. due to being sick and out of town, he blocked my RX refill without anyone calling to let me know, this Am not returning to this dr. for obvious reasons.
Dr. Souther is a great doctor. My husband and I have been seeing her for several years. However, her nurses and scheduling staff will not return phone calls. Very frustrating!
After four months of tests I was finally referred to Blount Memorial's Cardiology department. The NP and doctor gave me all of five minutes of their time, laughed when I told them I use a heart rate tracker on my fitness watch, and after I declined to be on a heart medication they said nothing was wrong with my heart and sent me out the door. I left really frustrated and feeling like they only care about making money, and putting clients on long term medicine without an actual cure.
Dr. Dodin saw my husband recently. Was very professional with a great bed side manner. The whole staff were friendly and helpful. Glad we've found a great cardiologist!
Can't say anything good about the Scheduling Department they would receive negative stars. You leave a message been over a week no return phone call. Not impressed
