Vanderbilt Heart at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital

I had a wonderful experience at the Lebanon VHI! I had a heart attack and was taken to another hospital because VMC Nashville was on diversion! I was transferred the next day to the Lebanon facility who immediately got me in for the catch that showed 90 percent blockage of aorta and 49-50 blockage of the RV. Everyone was so wonderful taking care of me......I was so impressed! I was a patient of Dr. Andre Churchwell at VMC Nashville. Now, We will go to Lebanon as it is 45 min from our home in White House. For us to drive to Nashville can be horrible with the traffic! The nursing staff, and everyone involved in my care were top notch!!! They were courteous, kind, funny and took the best care of me before, during and after my procedure! I am eternally grateful and thankful for the knowledge God has given to the staff, I even received a thank you know after aI returned home signed by everyone for letting them take care of me. I will return there if I ever have another problem and will go there for follow! Thank you, thank you for my life! Love you all!!! Molley A. Caryer

Had an appointment today. The assistant was so rude and disrespectful, I left. Only to find that I had an ECG and didn't see a doctor. The test showed up on my medical chart. How can that be? Obviously this could be a hippa issue because it must be someone else's test. I'm upset cause they will probably try to run it through my insurance. Very unprofessional!
