Yasir Akhtar, MD

I met Dr. Acktar through my Cardiologist Dr. Dorion., and having a Cath. They both worked on getting a hardened clot out of a major artery and putting stents in. A little over a year later the stents (3) were beginning to collapse and Dr. Actar (yesterday) went into another heart cath and put in more stents and that kept me from having open heart surgery! I can't say enough good things about out this Dr., he's so compassionate, kind and is a very brilliant Dr., having saved my life and I will be so grateful for.

Dr akhtar is an amazing cardiologist! He really puts the care of his patients first and has went exceedingly beyond what I could have ever expected! I'm a very complexed heart patient and as he has done various heart procedures, I'm always impressed with his level of competence and expertise. He has helped me in so many ways including saving my life and I will be forever grateful to him.

I have been seeing Dr. Ahktar since 2019. I find him to be highly skilled and very knowledgeable. His compassion and understanding is above board. Dr. Ahktar and his staff are a remarkable team. Dr. Yasir Akhtar truly is a outstanding cardiologist! He is so humble and kind and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He is so knowledgeable. His staff is so kind and it's such a positive atmosphere walking into his office. I left his office with such peace and more comfortable and educated about my heart issues. I definitely recommend him!

I'm so happy to have such an intelligent Physician as part of my medical team. The state of healthcare in the US is disgusting, but he really brings hope back into my soul, which is something I don't say lightly. As someone who grew up in hospitals & doctors offices I had completely lost my faith in the medical industry when Dr. Akhtar was recommended to me. He has restored my hope and explained more to me about conditions I have, or possibly have, than any of my physicians in years. I hope I'm not jinxing myself by posting a positive review, but I like to spread positivity where I can so 10/10 recommend, even if what's going on with me isn't what he suspects.
