If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! Disorganized , can't even get a hold of anyone at the office . Call multiple times to make an appointment, show up, they never received my appointment time because "it's a 3rd party answering service who set those up " after my prosecutes , they failed to make a follow up appointment even after I brought up to their attention.. Avoid at all cost! They are all equally useless .

I waited over a month for an appointment and was told they did not work from a cancellation list for sooner appointments. My appointment determined I needed an upper GI test. Now that procedures are scheduled by another source rather than by the office (Roz) central scheduling is supposed to call you back to schedule. It is now over 1 week since my appointment and no call to schedule the procedure. Had Roz been able to schedule my procedure, I would have been scheduled last week at my appointment and soon have a procedure and diagnosis. Big company processes may work for efficiency and cost effectiveness. However, this is the medical field and my life could be at stake when I finally get my procedure. Would you want to wait for bureaucracy if you found out that you had aggressive cancer and those weeks were a matter of life or death?

Poor processing. I've had an appointment for almost 2 months. My appointment was supposed to be one week from today. I received a voicemail today that they do not accept my health insurance. It would have been nice to know when it was originally scheduled. This was referral from my primary care provider, they should have had my information before they called to make the appointment. Just a warning to do your own research before you schedule.

My doctor of more than. 10 years recently joined this group. I called to get a prescription refill and an appointment. They won't even allow voice mail message to the doctor. Claim I'm a " new" patient, could not find my records. My prescription is out , no one answers or call, the answering individuals were rude and of no help. I really liked my doctor but I am going to find a new doctor. I will not deal with this unprofessional and incompetent organization.

Horrific. I'm supposed to have a procedure done here and I have a question about it that has to be answered before my procedure. I have called 4 times and they keep telling me a nurse will call me back, but they do not. The office doesn't care about people, you're just a number there and nothing else. I can't take what they want me to take due to allergies and they will not even bother to help me. The NP Jeremy and the nurses at my actual appointment before the procedure were unhelpful and they really just didn't care at all. Don't go here unless you do not mind being treated like a number instead of a person. *Edited again to say I was contacted by the clinic manager who is very nice and she is trying to figure out why no one would return my call for over 2 weeks. So hopefully my issue will be resolved. I still wouldn't recommend going here.
