Summit Medical Group at Farragut

The girl who answers the phones and handles scheduling is unbelievably rude. Her attitude is downright nasty, and she acts like speaking to patients is some huge burden. She cuts you off, gives zero help, and sounds irritated the entire time. She desperately needs training in basic customer service or a different job entirely, because dealing with people is clearly not her strength.

Office staff is rude. You walk up to the desk and they completely ignore you even though you're standing right in front of them. A simple "Hi there, we'll be right with you" would suffice. Instead I stand there awkwardly in silence while they stare blankly at their computers. Not once did they look up at me.

I've been a patient of Dr. Collier for over ten years at Summit in Farragut. An excellent physician technically with good patient interaction. The PAs and office staff are great.

Kerry is an outstanding professional! She takes the time to truly listen and address concerns with care and expertise. Her knowledge and compassion shine through in every interaction. Highly recommend!

Our family has been there now three years, and I can't say enough good things about our Doctor, Richard Mattison, his NP Shannon, and the entire office staff. Never have to wait long, everyone is very nice, friendly, and accommodating.
