FNP Courtney is absolutely amazing. I am a nurse for over 30 years and her care is impeccable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. So compassionate and caring. So grateful I have her as my provider.

I've been with this medical group over 10 years. I had to leave over this new ownership. Everything changed. It's horrible. I am now with another dr. I will never go back. It's not even my Dr's fault it's the new rules and all new staff up front. Rude!!!

I have been going to Dr. Ramos at TCIM, Fort Sanders West for a minimum of 25 years. I have never had to wait long before going from waiting room to patient room. I have never better care and treatment than I do from the fine folks at TCIM-Fort Sanders West! Outstanding treatment and caring staff that are top notch! My whole family goes to TCIM Ft. Sanders West! I saw this review and realize since they have Dr. Antoinio Ramos and several Nurse Practioners and every single one are great. They are all very professional and they are all awesome! Dr. Ramos listens to you. He will get to the root of whatever problems you present to Dr. Ramos or any the the Nurse Practioners. Karen, Dr. Ramos's Nurse is very nice and extremely knowlegeable. She certainly loves her job and it certainly shows. I have never had to wait very long. Everyone there is very helpful. One of our favorite Nurse Practioners is Casey LaRue. I really have never had anything to complain about!

The time before my last visit, they lost urine sample and wanted me to come right back and provide another. I refused and then they found it. I have to say that waiting room time is minimal but once you are taken back the real waiting begins. I had an appt at 9:45 and arrived at 9:30. I was taken back within 10 minutes. The nurse tended to me for about 10 minutes and then waited 35 minutes for doctor who did apologize. I was then to have blood work and waited 20 minutes for that. I waited 10 minutes to check out. I told the office staff member that it was very slow today and she said nothing. I was there ONLY for script refill and labs and it took 2 hours! My beef is with the poor office management at thjs office - very disorganjzed.

Lazy, salaried doctors who don't care about their patients and their only concern is how soon they can get home and how many vacation days they can take. LAZY!!!
