The office was a little hard to find if you're not familiar with the layout of this hospital campus. However, Dr. Ravi was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of my treatment options clearly. He didn't rush me--he gave me the choices, then waited for me to decide which direction I felt most comfortable with. I highly recommend Dr. Ravi for anyone dealing with a heart condition. His calm approach and genuine care make all the difference.
He is an incredibly busy man yet never makes you feel rushed. If it's an office visit or an emergency procedure in the ER he is even keel and gracious. I am very blessed to have him as my cardiologist!!
I always enjoy seeing Dr. Mehta. His kindness is evident as an appointment progresses: Dr Mehta will reach out, take one's pulse as he makes small talk, assessing the patient's overall condition. Dr Mehta asks benign questions during the visit which helps him decide whether to prescribe medications or he will ask how often something happens, we then discuss said problem to ascertain the validity of whatever was happening, often finding there is no ground breaking cause for concern. I am a lucky patient to have Dr. Mehta as my Cardiologist.
