Dr. Ilyas is very compassionate, kind, and quick but extremely thorough. If she doesn't know an answer, she'll tell you she doesn't know & send you to a specialist who does or find out for you. The ease of scheduling through the patient portal and viewing visit notes & labs are very easy & convenient. Her nurse Scott is the best & so very kind! He's always smiling & explains things very well.
Just recently moving to Knoxville and looking for a Primary Care Dr. Fatima Ilyas came to my attention. I found her (Scott and the rest of the team) extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. The teams follow up communication was also was great.
Absolutely horrible. She's more like a vending machine than a medical care provider. She takes no personal interest in patients & only wants to refer patients to other doctors/expensive specialists. Her bedside manor is robotic at best. She is oblivious to the "human beingness" of patients. I wouldn't recommend her to cut the grass in my yard.
I had a great visit everyone is so nice and professional,from the receptionist to the nurses and Dr. Ilyas. I love the fact that Dr. Ilyas perpares and looks at my information and makes notes before coming in to the room. She ask questions and goes over test results and medications. She is very informative and explains all questions I ask. She has always showed concern and makes sure I understand my test results and listens to my question and concerns. I never feel rushed or that she doesn't have time for me. I definitely have no problem referring my family and friends to her.
Dr. Ilyas is so thorough and takes great care of her patients. I've sen her three times and have been ao pleased with the care she provides.
