I'm probably one of hundreds that say, "I love Dr. Cox!" Of course, he saved my life, quite literally. He is very knowledgeable, personable and he always made me feel like we managed my heart health as a team effort. I recommend him any chance I get because, to me, there is no one better. He also sees his patient. I never felt passed off or left wondering if he even knew I was there. Sometimes, we just need to see and speak to the person who knows our condition up close and personal. Having a heart condition is scary and unpredictable, so seeing the doctor responsible is quite comforting. I would give him ten stars if I could!

The wait time is ridiculous!!! My mother and I checked in at 11 for her appointment which was at 11:15. We sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes to be brought back to the room to have to wait for another hour and still have not been seen yet. It's understandable to have other patients but updates on when to expect the doctor would be great instead of having to get up and go ask the nurses ourselves how much longer. Can't really say how the actual doctor visit is because we still haven't seen him yet and we have been here 2 hours! This is very unacceptable!
