Great doctor and great staff! Thankful to have him as a doctor. Didn't feel rushed. He was thorough and ordered necessary lab tests. Lab techs are fantastic too! Also saw NP in Lenoir City and thankful to get in quickly and get treatment needed.

I can not even begin to express how happy we are with the service and treatment my family and I receive from Dr. Mardini and his staff! The facility is very clean, convenient and on top of things. The staff is always kind, professional and willing to help. I was fortunate enough to get CYNTHIA on the phone the other day; not only did she possess excellent telephone customer service skills, she was extremely patient and helped me out wonderfully. I was glad to have gotten her on the phone, she also answered quite a few of my questions. It was nice to speak to someone so pleasant, who did not rush me but in fact took the time to take care of me. So thank you Cynthia!

I personally think this is the best office in town. I'm always in and out quick. The staff is always helpful. Dr. Mardini is a very skilled, very intelligent physician but I just use his nurse practitioners because I don't need anything more than that.

Caring, compassionate and highly skilled. Dr. Mardini takes the time necessary to listen closely and work with each patient individually. Best doctor our family has ever seen!
