If I could give zero stars I would. In 2024 I went under the care of Rebecca Jackson for a multitude of worrisome symptoms, loss of balance, hallucinations, blurred vision, strange rashes, chronic pain all over my body, recurrent fevers, myoclonus, the list goes on. I sat in her office and cried and begged for her to run more tests and find the problem, I begged for a neurology referral.. but she would not give. I was hospitalized with a ruptured ovarian cysts and she said I don't have any. went to my gyno, turns out I have PCOS. Dr Jackson still didn't believe me. At work, I had a seizure and messaged her my experience on the portal. I was told "it's anxiety, try breathing into a paper bag and find a yoga studio." From that moment I dropped her and found an amazing new doctor who gave me the much needed referrals and tests. Went to endocrinology, turns out I have hypopituitarism, Addison disease... none of my hormones were being produced. Turns out my pituitary gland, thyroid gland, and adrenal gland stopped functioning all together. finally go to a neurologist, After a 3 day hospital EEG and lumbar puncture they discovered I have focal epilepsy. and post viral ENCEPHALITIS. It took from Feb 2024- Feb 2025 under her care and she did NOTHING. March 2025-sept 2025 and I finally have a diagnosis. I went UNTREATED for that long, and now I am living with the consequences and disabilities. She is the rudest most dismissive doctor I have ever had, she acts as if a young 24 year old woman can't possibly have anything wrong with her. I was always dismissed and told to excercise, do yoga, etc. I could have died. But she did not have a care in the world for me; no bedside manner, dismissive and gaslighting. She must have got her medical degree behind the back alley of a CVS. If you want an attentive and caring doctor , do NOT go to Rebecca Jackson.

Katherine Massey and Dr. Nowell are some of the best medical professionals that I have ever been to. I trust them emphatically! The office staff is also very friendly and welcoming every time I am at the office.

They love to ask me what medications I'd like to take for certain conditions, but sorry, that's your job to recommend them. Same with compounding pharmacies. They do not call with results or follow up as requested. The office staff just puts you on hold. The wait is usually not great, but better than some. The latest issue where they couldn't get reach the compounding pharmacy and messed up my phone number so the pharmacy couldn't call me and had no idea whether the pharmacy had my prescription or not was the final straw. They had a month to figure it out and it took me 5 minutes. I also heard them complaining about me in the hallway when I was agitated from them not doing their job. If I was in a good mood and felt great, I wouldn't be at the doctor's office.

Not at all what it used to be. Most recently they mixed up my appointments. I went for a five minute blood draw for an upcoming physical and they tried to give me the physical that wasn't even scheduled for that day with a different person than my appointment was with. That was a wasted forty-five minutes. They also now force you to be bombarded by drug commercials the entire time you are on the waiting room. The television used to have a home renovation channel, then it went to political news. Also, if I want to see my doctor I have to schedule it a few months out. How does that work? If you question any of it, they get short and snarky with you. I'm on the lookout for a different medical group. I no longer feel comfortable here.

I have always been treated well by all the staff, Jenna is always intent on helping me solve what's going on with my health. The patient portal is a huge help with getting test results, or emails from there.
