Been a while since I've had to stop by the ER at Summit. But The front staff were so sweet, Jane who took me back was very kind, and made me feel welcome. I was taken right back, and didn't even have to wait! Olivia the PA was an absolute joy, she listened, treated me like a person not just a number. The ultrasound lady was also amazing. Walked me through everything she was doing to make me feel as comfortable as possible. These guys have taken care of my family for years. Thank you all for making something scary, into something that was manageable. You guys are the best.

One week exactly from today, I was taken to the Summit by ny husband. I had the absolute worse lower right abdominal pain, The worse deadly pain ever. As I laid in there in the absolute worst pain I had ever experienced. After all my tests result Dr. Michael Braxton ordered, and returned. I left the hospital before begging him to give me pain medicine and I would be OK, aka ibuprofen as I am not a fan for the higher narcotics pain relievers. He told me No, I said I pay for my insurance. Before leaving he gave me what I asked for.I never knew what he looked like. I listened to his voice, soft spoken. caring, compassionate, stern and firm. As the entire time I laid in the bed I never laid eyes on him. I would have never been able to pick him out of a line up. He told me you need to have your Gallbladder removed aka stubborn Taurus, not me. I left I was able to go home take 1 ibuprofen relax. Well I willbe damn 24 hours exactly from when I left Summit. the ambulance was called to my home and here I was being carried back to the ER. Well the moral of the story, Dr. Braxton thank you for saving my life you're absolutely the Dr. I needed in that ER that night and I am so thankful and graceful I listened. You Rock!!!!

I recently had an experience at HCA Summit Hospital that truly deserves all five stars. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff was attentive, organized, and compassionate. But the person who made the biggest impact on me was the observation cnc Nurse Samantha Levesque. "I hope I spelt that correctly".
Samantha was everything you hope for in a nurse -- knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly caring. She took the time to explain every step, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me like a human being rather than just another patient on her list. Her calm energy alone made a huge difference during a stressful time.
What stood out the most was her attention to detail and the pride she clearly takes in her work. She checked on me consistently, advocated for what I needed, and made sure that nothing slipped through the cracks. You can tell she truly loves her job and genuinely cares about the people she takes care of.
Hospitals can be overwhelming, but having someone like Samantha in your corner changes everything. If every nurse provided the level of care and compassion she did, the world would be a much better place.
Thank you, HCA Summit Hospital, and a special thank-you to Nurse Samantha Levesque -- you're a blessing to your patients. Highly recommend this hospital and especially her!
P.s I still don't like hospitals , but thanks to her I no longer hate them .

I'm a patient here now and I have been treated with nothing but respect and compassion. My room looks like a hotel room and the food is actually good. I'll probably have to be transferred to a different hospital for a complex heart case but right now, I'm very happy with my care.

This has been THE WORST experience I've ever had a hospital. The nurses and doctors treat you like you're "just another patient". I had a metal rod and screws placed inside my leg and the recovery staff has been so horrible to me. At one point I asked for my pain medication at 6:30 and didn't receive anything until 8pm making it almost 6 hours between doses. If you want to be taken care of properly and with compassion THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.
