Vanderbilt Health has restarted surgeries, procedures and clinic visits that were paused or delayed. Safety is our top priority, with measures that follow - and in some cases exceed - local, state and CDC public health recommendations.
Everyone wears a mask - patients, visitors, doctors, nurses and staff. We're sanitizing rooms between each patient, and cleaning public spaces frequently throughout the day. We're checking everyone for fever and symptoms before they enter our facilities.
We've spaced chairs in waiting areas, limited the number who can ride elevators at once and made other changes so we can keep a safe (6 feet) physical distance.

If I could leave zero stars for this place, I would. We got set up to go to this facility by our Pediatrician. Prior to the visit, we got sent an estimate through email two weeks prior to the visit for $411.22. It did not say this was specifically for the office visit only. We go to the outpatient clinic and have an echocardiogram followed by a three minute visit with the provider to say everything was good, and he would see us if needed in the future. To our surprise, this facility billed our insurance $5,204, and we owed $3,518 out of our pockets. We were absolutely in shock. We have been to an ER visit before for less than what this outpatient clinic visit cost. To warn others, this place will charge you for outpatient clinic charges and hospital charges separately, as they are a hospital-based clinic even though there is not a Vanderbilt Hospital even close to the facility. I am writing this to warn others. You could get an echocardiogram performed at any other facility for less than $1,000, which I verified through researching pricing at other facilities. Working in healthcare myself, this is terrible business practice. They are seriously overcharging. Please be aware.

My niece and I are very grateful today! We have been searching for answers for so long for some struggles she has been having. Today, we met some amazing staff members who were attentive and thorough. After years of searching, we finally have a diagnosis. We didn't meet anyone who was cross or rude. Their front desk representative is so bad. As soon as I enter they ask us if We got called in or not, instead of Hi or Hello. Of course, we went there because we have appointment. So rude employee only 1 star from me.
