Im giving them a 3 star only because the doctors are great. I would give them a 1 star for the fact that I think they think my mother in law is so far gone that they are just ignoring her. She's in heart failure trying to figure out what our next step is, they go weeks without atleast letting us know what's going on. Our health care in this country has gone down tubes!! I know she's not their only patient but it's been 4 weeks since her finale TEE that would tell them is she can have a clip or a heart valve replacement. We've heard nothing. In the mean time her health is steadily declining. They could atleast call us and tell us what they are thinking. There's more but thats all
Im gonna say. I guess when you get old they dont get in any hurry to help you

In July of 2020 I had a mitral valve repair by the head of cardiology at Hackensack Meridian Hospital in NJ. A top doctor in his field.
I moved here in October 2024.
I recently had an appointment at the Memphis facility with Dr. Dallal and it was a waste of time.
I waited over and hour and half for him to send in a medical student who was shadowing him. Not a comfortable situation since things get lost in translation and to realize that no one had read the information in my chart. Having dealt with students shadowing doctors, in most normal situations, the doctor asks the questions while the student observes. By now I am extremely annoyed and I finally had to ask her to get him.
He never gave me the results of my EKG and would not refill certain medications. One he told me he would not, the one that keeps me out of A-fib, he is not authorized to, (so now another appointment with another doctor) and the other one that was stressed by my NJ doctors to take since other medications could burn a hole in my esophagus. Told me to call my primary. Also, took me off a blood thinner medication without discussing it with me. These were medications that I never had issues with in New Jersey in dealing with my cardiologist. I truly believe since my arrival in Mississippi that they are Medicare billing happy.
I also received a phone call from his nurse Scarlett who hung up on me. Honestly I was not warm and fuzzy, but not abusive. She proceed to tell me she has worked with him for 24 years and he was FANTASTIC. Truly the women has never seen a Fantastic doctor at work . You know what they say about opinions.
My dealings with other personnel has been fairly good. Nice being to have bloodwork done at the facility.
I have received a number of phone calls regarding the medication issues and don't understand why I have so many names. Why doesn't one or two people follow through? Why do I get phone calls from personnel who are working on another patient's chart and tell you they don't have your information in front of them? Honestly I was told that. Had to ask her to call back when she had my chart in front of her. Still waiting!!
In my opinion stay away from the Memphis facility and Dr Dallal. I had to give them one star to post this. If I could they would get negative

My doctor's great, nurses and staff are great and have been for years.
This one-star is all about how no one picks up the phone. I've been on hold for 35 minutes and even tried, out of curiosity, picking different options (appointments, refills, and 'other'). I tried the same thing at another one of the locations and event selected "hosp/provider". No one picked up at any locations or departments at all. What am I supposed to do? Physically go in to request my refill? This is absurd...

I'm Starting off by saying I like this clinic and the doctors and staff. Today was the first day I've been made to feel uncomfortable or discriminated against. My wife was scheduled for a stress test this morning. She just had surgery on her foot 8 weeks prior and is still dealing with alot of pain and discomfort. I know offices and hospitals have policies in place for a reason but on this morning it appears that not all policies apply to everyone.
We were in a line of people waiting to go to the back. Several in front of us were married couples. All of the married couples were allowed to go to the back with their spouses. They were also not the same I am, African American. Once my wife's name was called she was met by an employee named "Dee Dee". Dee Dee stopped me abruptly and sternly told me I'm not allowed to go to the back. Again my wife just had surgery and I knew she would need help especially on the treadmill portion. I obeyed and sat back down. 5 minutes later a couple of another race was allowed to the back together after I'd been denied . (The husband who was allowed to go to the back with his wife was double my size so it's not a problem of space) I went to the front desk to voice my concerns. The young lady at the front was very helpful and told me she would check on it. 2 mins later I was allowed to join my wife who was now visibly limping. Of course this left me feeling uncomfortable and discriminated against. "Dee Dee" was about 5'5" with long brown/blonde braids.
This review is not directed at the clinic, we love it. This review reflects the bad experience and how I was made to feel by the employee who wasn't consistent with the treatment of patients. I did not care for her bad attitude on top of making me feel discriminated against . The doctors here are great and we love them. This was the first horrible experience we've had since coming to the clinic for the past 8 years. This one experience will leave a lasting impression.

Don't even bother with these people. Some of the nurses are great; some of the doctors are great - the overwhelming majority of this place doesn't listen to the patient and does whatever they want without consequences. The clinic couldn't meet the doctor's instructions, but rather than helping get modified instructions, they told me I was on my own because they couldn't book at other places (not what I asked them for). I was then called back a week later, when I expressed that I'm autistic, I was told a manager would call me back and I was hung up on. A manager never called me. Someone booked me an appt without consulting me about my schedule - i only found out via robo call; the appt conflicted with another appt so I didn't get my test done. When I called to complain, the manager they escalated me to was the call center (who can't help me, but I explained anyway). The next day I was called by a nurse who was told no one ever called me, and she said reminders were completed days before - again, my problem wasn't that I didn't know, but that no one consulted me on my schedule. The manager I finally spoke with doesn't believe I was hung up on, treated me as if I should have clearly known what the doctors updated instructions would be, didn't believe that I had been promised a manager would call me, and doesn't believe her staff needs autism training. She just kept blaming the new system for things and defending the person who hung up on me. If they respond to this, they will probably say that I was a problem first, except the problem started when I asked for the front desk to ask the doctor for new instructions for me. I won't step foot in the building again as a patient.
