Dr. Phillips, his nurses and staff went above and beyond to help me. The staff made the check-in process simple. Dr. Philips' nurse was caring, efficient, and made sure I understood what she was doing and what to expect when Dr. Phillips would come in to see me. Dr. Phillips listened to my concerns, gave me an examination, and recommended a third-party to run tests on my heart. He never made me feel rushed and he genuinely seemed to care. When it was time to check-out and find out where i would be going for my tests, Dr. Phillips' staff had difficulty finding someone to take my insurance for the tests. They went above and beyond to find a third-party to conduct the tests that would accept my insurance. I feel I'm in good hands with Dr. Phillips, his nurses, and staff.
