Service is quick and efficient, yet Dr. Phillips takes time to explain your case in clear terms. He is very personable and even comments on prior friendly conversations. I arrived early for my appointment and he delayed his own lunch to see me! I really lucked out with this cardiologist.
Personnel is extremely friendly after seeing multiple heart doctors Dr. Kerrigan finally found what's going on and is treating it and hopefully keeping me from having to have open heart surgery. I would highly recommend Jimmy Kerrigan to anyone that is having heart issues but the St. Thomas heart was amazing to me. I've had multiple test to get to the bottom of what was going on.
Doctor Phillips is the best. He's listens carefully and truly cares. When I recently moved here and he heard a condition of mine right away testing and a specialist. He really keeps track and makes sure im doing what I'm supposed to
Waited for over an hour to be seen on my first visit. Had an out of control child and family in waiting room who should have been asked to calm down or leave. Was fitted with a heart monitor that began to malfunction in less than 24 hours. I returned the next day simply to have it checked where I was treated like a crazy person by the receptionist just for showing up. Again, I waited entirely too long to get it checked so I finally gave up and left. Went home and figured it out in my own. I expect my next visit to be much better.
The staff at Dr. Phillips' office was professional, courteous and kept waiting time to a minimum. Dr. Phillips took the time to listen to my concerns and scheduled several tests to get a more accurate picture of what's going on.
