Doctor was nice even though I seen her about 3 times in the four years when I went there. I dealt mostly with her nurse through messages. It took her several days to answer me when I did. I had appointments canceled I made by myself but this office had canceled several wellness visit I did not. Again I went to the walk in clinic for health problems that came up because it would take several days to get any answers. I just feel it's time to move on and search for other options.

Staff are nice but the scheduling sucks. There is nothing available in the hours that caregivers like myself would be available. I have had to book out months in advance. It took switching schedules with someone just to try to make the appointment months ago and was sent to the wrong place. Now they won't see me because I was a few minutes late, to an empty office.

Wellness check up. Little wait time. Fast courteous visit. Took about an hour and some change. Relatively painless. Good parking situation as there are plenty of spots. Everyone is nice and knows what they are doing. I think this is a good location and recommend them. Will come back. Word of caution, have your insurance info or be prepared for issues.

Great hometown practice! They always get back with me in a timely manner if I have questions or need an appointment. DR. Anderson is very compassionate and I appreciate her explaining things that I may not understand. Nursing and front desk staff are all wonderful and always have great attitudes.
