My first visit with Dr. Peacock was good. He had me set up a follow up visit for blood work. His office got me set up for a mammogram and bone density. My follow up visit for blood work never happened, the doctor cancelled it because he went out of town. No attempt to reschedule was ever made. Later, I received a call which seemed urgent saying I needed to come in to get a treatment set up due to the results of the bone density test. I called to make an appnt and the nurse said I could come in, in 3 months, though the message they left me to make the appnt sounded urgent. That timing was bad for me because of a scheduled trip. When I got sick with painful ear ache and called they said an appnt was available in 6 months. I think this office and the staff are very willing to let people fall through the cracks. If this doctor can't see anyone without setting up an appnt 3 -6 months out, then he is overbooked. We have had other problems with communication at this office with a different doctor, for a child's visit, in same office: Alarming messages left on our phone and then the nurse when called to get results after a 2nd set of tests that have the same result says it is nothing to worry about. VERY CONFUSING! I think the office staff at this place needs to be relieved and replaced. Staff MATTERS! If a good doctor has inconsistent, unconcerned, incompetent staff, it matters. If the doctor has given orders to overbook, it matters. If it is the office manager that allows things like this, it matters.
Dr Mark Peacock - Best Dr ever. Exceeded all my expectations. I am fortunate to find such an extraordinary Dr. these days.
