Dr Wathem save my life Sept 12th 2018. Excellent caring physician. I had had a pacemaker put in on Sept 11 at another hospital that resulted in problems... As I was traveling from nc to tn with my son I felt some discomfort in my chest. Informed my son and he immediately made contact with state patrol for directions to hospital. After several hours in ER a pulmonologist was Er contact Dr Walham and he repositioned the pacemaker and tks to Dr Watham and the pulmonologist I survived. In addition to the excellent nursing staff. the care I received from the staff at Cookeville was unbelievable best ever. I am so thankful to Dr Waltham and the entire staff. So they all get a 5star+ Thank you Dr Watham and staff At Cookeville hospital. I'm stI'll around 6 yrs later. Doing great tks to all these folks. Dr Waltham is the greatest. Never forget him. Not my last name now but Dr Waltham and staff probably remembers me.

I have been with Dr Wathen and TN heart for over 5 years. He performed two ablations on my heart. Doctor, TN Heart, and Cookeville hospital have treated me well. He and his organization were very advanced compared to earlier treatments. I have plenty of bad habits and doctor always treated me with respect and the best care. The office is well run and the hospital staff he used during the operation were top flight.
My life is better

Well Mr.Wathen, you sent my husband home to go have a scope on his knee. You canceled all the test he was scheduled to have that day. And you told me I didn't know how to take a pulse when I have been a nurse over 30 years. I think you need to go back to where ever you came from. Because going to two real Doctors, one being a REAL CARDIOLOGIST, MY HUSBAND DID HAVE A LIGHT HEART ATTACK! I wouldn't bring an animal to you or that hospital.
