At first I thought everything was going well. But after three visits to his office the medication he prescribed for me wasn't working. He seemed irritated and the appointments he set up for me at St.Thomas Midtown in Nashville were constantly being canceled. I needed attention to my situation quickly. I was initially sent to Dr. Sager by the V.A. I told the V.A. I wasn't getting any treatment, just canceled appointments. Needless to say they weren't happy with that. The V.A. then made an appointment to see Dr. Absi at Vanderbilt. That's when things started happening. I had my first appointment two days later. They determined what I needed very quickly and my procedure was done a few weeks later. Now I can breathe better and feeling much better thanks to the V.A. and the Doctors at Vanderbilt.

I love Dr. Sagar! He has a great bedside manner, very congenial and comforting. I was so impressed that he is so quick to call me with results of tests. He explains things very well in terms I can understand and leaves no stone unturned in directing proper testing and appropriate instructions. I am so glad I decided to switch cardiologists.
