I was billed $200 (after insurance) for a phone call from Mr. Prabodh C Mishra. The itemized bill stated that the conversation lasted 10 minutes when it was in fact a 3 minute phone call. The purpose of the call was to relay to me the results of my wife's cardiology exam, which we had already viewed on my provided patient portal. There was no consultation or further recommendations provided, simply a relay of test results. Furthermore, Mr. Mishra took a matter of seconds to provide my results and spent the rest of the call talking about his personal experience in having kids and raising a family without prompting. I'm not certain where the fault in billing lies but I found this experience incredibly deceiving and disrespectful.

I never thought a heart doctor could do his or her job well enough to satisfy me, however, Doctor Mishra and his staff not only satisfied me they impressed me. Thank you Saint Thomas for all you do.
