My mom has been seeing Dr. Cha for the past few years. He has a very short and rude bed side manner. He told my mom she should "pray away" her migraines. He then accused her of buying drugs because she needed a paper signed saying she was clear to donate plasma. So - unless you want to pray away your sickness - I would steer clear of Dr. cha.
Dr Cha has proven his expertise for many years for my family members and myself. His mannerisms are above reproach and is very responsive and caring. The office staff has overcome challenges and improved greatly. I love my doctor!
Dr Cha is the most caring doctor that I have ever seen and I have been to a lot of doctors. His knowledge, experience and willing to listen has save my life twice. I don't know how he keeps going like he does. From his office to the hospital, helping as many people as he can. I am very thankful for him and his wonderful staff! He truly cares and wants to help people.
I have to give him a 1 star because the staff said they are taking new patients but when she ask and I told her I was going to a pain management clinic she denied me the appointment and suggested I called else where. She was not being rude or anything but how does that happen? Her excuse was "He's just not, he's just not at the time he's packed". After she told me he's taking new patient ask about my insurance until the pain management part. Shake my head. I have so many health issues from being pre-diabetic to spine injury and mental illness while I was in the military. I been suffering for so long an thought this place can be the one. It might not be for me but hey someone else might have better luck. I am so sad and disappointed. Got to keep pushing forward. He went from being my hero to a zero real quick
Dirty office. Don't allow digital forms of payment. On my first visit, Dr Cha stated my sleep apnea machine probably wasn't necessary for me to use (I have obstructive sleep apnea) without ever reviewing my medical history. If you're looking for modern, clean facilities and ease of use, look elsewhere. It's clear Dr Cha uses the cheapest methods possible to keep his practice running
