I enjoy meeting with Dr. Amlicke, he is very knowledgeable and personable. The last time I met with him I was disappointed. I was patient when he was running behind because when I was a provider I found that sometimes people need additional time, circumstances need to be explained, etc. We were to review my stress test and my echo, which he did minimally. He did not address any of the concerns he had at our last appointment. I can assume part of the responsibility because I did not ask specifics. All in all, I still look forward to working with him in the future and I still believe he has my best interest 'at heart' about 'my heart'.

Husband and I had been seeing Dr. Killian and decided to change to Dr. Amlicke. Made the appointments. The DAY OF the appt. (for both hubby and I) about an hour before, received a phone call that they needed to cancel. They would not reschedule at that time because of a system change. I called back a month later to schedule. Today, the DAY BEFORE our appointments, received ANOTHER call that our appts. were being cancelled AGAIN. Next open appointments aren't for 2 months. That is just wrong on so many levels!

What a great experience from beginning to end! Front desk and nursing staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Amlicke is very personable and has a great bedside manner. I felt confident in his abilities as I had heard of his great reputation as a cardiologist. He takes care of his own physical health which gave me even more confidence in him. I'm so glad I was able to become his patient.

My appointment was at 11:30 and I got a text saying that I should arrive 15 minutes early so I did and when I arrived the clerk said I should've been there 30 minutes prior to my appointment and her tone of voice was not welcoming, and she told me I had more paperwork to fill out and I needed more time to fill it out. I feel that if they wanted me there earlier than my appointment time would have been 30 minutes earlier regardless of the time I was going to see the doctor. The other staff was very polite and the doctor was extremely friendly and helpful and polite with his work.
