Dr. Dogherty and his team were fantastic, professional, and my doctor was straight to the point. If i had one foot in a wooden onsie, i would appreciate his care!

When I made an appointment with this office in Clarksville I made a statement that before any test were completed I had to be notified in writing of any cost to me out of pocket. My appointment was April 22 and while the service was excellent I have been on hold since then. I received a referral letter to have a nuclear stress test done from my insurer but the Doctor had yet to submit the order for the test so I could not make an appointment. I called on April 30 to check on the order and they were still researching the cost of the test. As of today, May 22, one month later they are still researching but suggest I call my insurer to see what they will pay. As advanced as medical billing is today I would submit this should be easy to determine. My dentist can tell me the same day what my share of payment is for dental work is after the insurance pays but a major medical center can't do that in a months time for a stress test?

Very unprofessional office. They open the doors after your appointment time and act like it's your fault that you're late. When asked why they open the doors late "because we had to travel from Nashville". That's really not my problem. Get out of bed earlier and leave earlier so you open the doors on time.

Dr. Dogherty is fantastic. Highly recommended!!!
