Waited over 5 weeks for this appointment. They called the day of the appointment (43 minutes BEFORE we are supposed to be there)and say 'we have to cancel you appointment. We don't take your insurance' We were told they did AND they could have told us in the WEEKS prior! *to the staff that does the replies for bad reviews...dont bother giving us a phone number to call to 'talk' to someone. They don't care now, they won't care when I call.
Great visit with Sabrina Stover today. She was so nice and helpful. She has a great personality and caring attitude. She seemed genuinely interested in my cardiac care and gave helpful treatment.
If you can't pay go somewhere else! I can't work due to health, and disability is taking forever. Called for appointment and was told I am no longer a patient because I owe them money. (Not much) I have decent insurance. A shame really! My pcp said to make a appointment for another echo because of issues I am having. But they won't care for me.
Was very pleased with the nurses not totally pleased w ms wilbanks prefer to see doctor Ramjee. Didn't feel like she read my chart enough to assist me. I will still go there no worries!
Dr. Ramjee was absolutely the best. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. His nurses were very sweet women and took very good care of me! Thank you again!
