I just had my baby here and i have to say im happy with how everything went. My OB Dr. John Adams was amazing! Love him. My nurses were amazing. It was 2 in particular I wish I could remember there names! One nurse was name Olga, i believe, I can't remember the other nurse name but they deserve an award for how they treated myself and my husband. Everyone was so nice, and understanding. Even though I had to be induced the staff did all they could to follow my birthing plan! It was definitely a wonderful experience for us. The rooms were very clean and nice sized! Loved my experience and if I ever have another baby I will most definitely be returning!

We arrived at Park Ridge East, about 11:45 Saturday and were treated very poorly by your ER Nurses who asked myself and husband questions about our history. We both were very sick, him being more sick as we both had tested positive for Covid and Flu. My husband got Influenza A. He arrived with an elevated blood pressure, low grade fever and has a medical history of 2 previous strokes, and visibly shaking from the chills. I stopped a nurse who had come out for another patient to ask for a warm blanket due to my husband's chills. She started, sure we will get him one. About 10 minutes later they call us back, same nurse "no blanket". We get into the first room, I ask once again as she sees him shivering, she says ok. I tell her he has stage four kidney disease in a history of two strokes and he says he's feeling like he did on his last stroke. She says OK go across the hall to the Hot air balloon room. We do, we sit down, still no blanket, no instructions, no one came. A patient with a sore ankle from work the previous day a patient with eye pain were both brought over to the hot air balloon room. The physician comes to speak with the gentleman with the eye issues they're gonna give him steroids, The ankle injury they common they take her back and we're still sitting there, and my husband is still shivering. It's really bad.. I Stopped a lady who worked behind the front desk as she was passing by and I said I've asked twice for a blanket and my husband is shivering and he's 65 years old and no one has brought a blanket. She was very kind and she bought a blanket and we continued to sit there with no one coming to see us. My husband finally says let's just go home. I've worked in the emergency department for 11 years and I've never experienced anything like that once we made it back to the house this temperature was 102.3. No one asked where we were going. They watched us walk out what bothers me most is we don't ever go to the emergency room because he will suffer before he even admits he's in pain. I understand that the emergency department is used to treat the more difficult emergency patients first but to not check on him and have him just sitting there while they go back-and-forth and he's highly contagious and they set us in a room full of other patients who weren't masked up they did not clean those chairs once the patients left so I'm sure that with all of my husbands secretions they will find that sanitizing areas is going to be a big deal soon because they don't clean areas after a patient who is highly contagious has left them. I had been told never to go to Parkridge East, now I know why! I have learned my lesson first hand. I will never use that ER, and will continue to tell my story to anyone who will listen. I work in the medical industry so I know I can reach a lot of people. Horrible hospital #DonotgotoPARKRIDGEEAST

Labor and Delivery was absolutely amazing! The nurses were some of the best and exceeded my expectations so much! I genuinely couldn't have made it through my first time giving birth without Jennifer and Hannah! However, they set the bar so high that when I got to mother baby the care was not near as good, the nurses were nice but were very slow to tend to us there, there was even shift changes sometimes before they got around to things, whereas labor and delivery were almost immediate to answer. Overall though a very good experience and i will have all of my children here!

I had an excellent care team after my surgery. The nurses checked on me religiously and they were very comforting. It felt more like I had family or close friends taking care of me afterwards versus strangers I've never met before. I would definitely recommend this hospital for your medical needs.

Hospital staff did not enter insurance information correctly and therefore had to correct this as each bill was received.
Pre-op and post-op staff were great.
Surgeon did not start with diagnosed side, but chose to remove other side (pathology indicated no abnormality) before deciding to remove correct side.
