Was referred here as a new patient after having some chest pain and need for follow up per the ER doctor. I was told the first appointment is 2 months away. This is simply not reasonable for cardiac care. We are new to the area. In the northeast they have cardiac care units where you don't go to the er at all for chest pain, you go directly to a cardiac unit. They would never dream of asking someone to wait 2 months for care. We are fully insured. I could never trust a cardiologist that can't see me for 2 months. This is not putting patient care first.
