Dr Hood & his two triage staff are great (They deserve "5" stars). If it wasn't for his/their cutting edge expertise & bedside manner I would go somewhere else. His front office is lacking. Follow through is bad. Their automated message when you call them is very specific to say it will take two business days to get a response & up two two weeks to allow for the refill process but no mention that when you leave a message, to hit pound & "3" to send your message(otherwise your message doesn't go through) It gives the impression they don't want you leaving messages! It's now 4 days since my doctors visit & a follow up call, that a new Rx was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy, to no avail. This is not the first time I've had issues. Initially when my stress echo was supposed to be ordered & sent over to the hospital, the hospital never received it even after multiple calls. So the morning I showed up for my procedure the hospital had to jump through hoops to finally get the order last minute from the doctor in person.
