I was there to receive test for an upcoming surgery the staff was very professional and so nice and made me feel more like a family member than a patient. I had a lot of questions and they knew how to answer all of them very efficiently. I would recommend this crew to all those who need it the get a 10 on my point scale.

Just had my baby here 12-18-25 and let me say, this place was great. From the time we came in to the time we left, Every single person that took care of us was super nice and helpful and we couldn't have had better nurses. They all done a wonderful job. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

The delivery staff was amazing and supportive. The whole time I stayed every nurse was absolutely amazing with me and baby. I appreciate the care they gave and the level of support they put out. Thank you for a great afternoon birth and birthing experience!!

2 West was wonderful providing care post op! My nurses were wonderful thank you all CNAs, NAs, and Nurses! The ER department was wonderful as well and got all my test ran and seen by the surgeon quickly! Thank You All for All That YOU DO!

The ER was fast and thorough. My doctor's and nurses were awesome. The food was delicious-not normal hospital food. I felt well taken care of as I always have at BRMC. That is why I bypass the closer hospital to come to your facility.
