It's exhausting trying to get an appointment scheduled. I became a patient at CVA 4 years ago after passing out at work. I found out that I had Congestive heart failure brought on by covid. After 4 years of seeing nurse practitioners, which I have no problem with, they are all wonderful, I was told that I needed to see a Dr at my next yearly visit and they would contact me with my appointment date and time. I also have to have yearly echocardiograms. My appointment should have been scheduled in November, no one ever contacted me, so I called them. I was told they were booked for November and didn't have the December schedule so I would have to call back in December. I called on December 1st after a holiday weekend and again was told they were booked for December, call back in Jan. I had already met my insurance deductible for the year and knowing that I would have to have an echo I asked to be scheduled with a nurse practitioner, and was scheduled 2 weeks out.

After recently moving from another state, It became necessary to find a Cardiac Specialist. Dr. Guhmans thoroughness is remarkable. He never rushes through appointments and always addresses all my concerns in a way I understand while displaying the utmost professionalism and kindness. The dedication he has shown with my care is commendable!

On 2/20/24 I had a "widow maker" and supposedly should have died. First Bristol Life Saving Crew saved my life and then Dr Gargus and Dr Borsch are responsible for me being here today. Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. To my knowledge, there is not any better care to be found. I would happily refer to this practice.

It was first visit seeing Mariah Edward's N.P and she was fantastic. We had to reschedule an earlier appointment because she wanted time to look over my medical history and I could tell that she took the time and did that. She's very professional, wants to know you as a person. She was really concerned about my issue and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was delightful. I'd give her more that 5 stars if possible.

This office and the staff are the best! My husband and I both see Dr. Ghuman. He is absolutely wonderful. He takes the time to listen and gives you an honest opinion. I can honestly say he saved both our lives.
