Arrived 10 minutes early for my 2:15 pm appt..After 3:20 pm arrived I enquired about when I might be seen. I got a disrespectful non reply with no answer as to when. I value my time and respect others time and usually charge a minimum no show fee and think you owe me for my time , money and an apology for disrespecting your patient.$110 due for failure to show for our appt. Milage, 3 hours total time investment . Your staff could have told me an estimated time and a brief apology and I might still be a patient.

On Feb.4,2021, I went into cardiac arrest and the paramedics rushed me to St. Francis Bartlett. Dr. Janjua immediately got to work on me. I wouldn't be alive today if it weren't for him being so good at what he does. I am forever thankful that's for sure. He spoke with my family many times that day. So, they did know exactly what was going on with me. I'm about to go see him for my third checkup since then, and I'm doing great. (Sparky)
