I recently visited Park Lane Hospital for my Dads Surgery and I must say the doctors and treatment are truly outstanding. The medical expertise and care provided gave me a lot of confidence and comfort during my time there. At the same time, I feel there is room for improvement in hospitality, management, and nursing services. At times, there were no proper updates from the nursing and management teams, which may cause confusion for patients and their families. With better communication and coordination, the overall experience would be much smoother. Overall, it's a hospital with excellent doctors and treatment facilities, and with some focus on improving the patient service, updates, and management, it has the potential to be one of the very best.

Doctor Koteswara Prasad is very good orthopaedic surgeon, he has done more than 1000 Knee replacement successful surgeries. It's a good Multi Speciality Hospital located adjacent to L. V. Prasad Eye Institute and just opp lane to VRK Silks in Road no. 2, Bajara Hills.

Recently, My mother had got her spine decompression surgery done at The Parklane Hospital and we are impressed by the excellent doctors and the high level of care. The doctors were exceptional--highly skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure we were well-informed and comfortable throughout the procedure. The entire surgical team demonstrated professionalism and expertise, which greatly reassured us. The nurses and staff were equally outstanding, providing compassionate care and ensuring a smooth recovery. The hospital's facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive experience. I highly recommend this hospital for their top-notch doctors and outstanding care.

Very bad experience "I went to the hospital due to a problem, but they started insisting on unnecessary tests that cost between 6000-8000. They suggested an endoscopy, which seems pointless. They initially quoted 900 rupees for a neck ultrasound, but after giving the sample, they said the billing was wrong and charged 3000 instead. In Hyderabad, a neck ultrasound typically costs around 1200. After all these tests costing 6-8 thousand, they started recommending surgery. It feels like they just want to take all your money and don't care about your health at all. ....all my money wasted
