I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM and arrived well in advance at 1:00 PM. However, despite this, I was called only after waiting for nearly four and half hours. There was no proper adherence to the appointment schedule, and neither the nursing staff nor the unit manager could provide any clarity on when the consultation would take place. Each time someone enquired, the only response given was to "wait for some time," without any concrete information. This is extremely disappointing, as I have never faced such issues at the Road No. 2 branch. The overall management of appointments at this location is very poor. I am highly dissatisfied with the service.

I had brought my nephew to rainbow hospital for the open heart surgery we had counsel about the surgery by dr Nageshwar Rao they told us that the baby should get the surgery within 2 to 3 days and it's the successful rate by 90% safe and 10 % risk they performed the surgery with 8 hours and at the end last they told us that surgery had done good but the baby is not responding will see next 48 hours plz do prayers and within half n hour they call us and tell that we are sorry thy baby is no more, mee and my family members are watching the hospital daily 2 baby's are getting collapsed am requesting the people that who had there baby plz go to other hospital the rainbow hospital is playing with small baby's After surgery my nephew is shifted to icu at that time all doctors are gone out side and only anesthesia dr is counselling us there is no other dr is available after the surgery
