I am extremely grateful for the excellent treatment provided by Dr. Shiva Prasad. The doctor was very patient, caring, and highly professional throughout the process. The explanation of the treatment was clear and comforting, which truly helped us feel confident and supported. A special appreciation to the ICU team for their dedicated service. Their teamwork, timely assistance, and compassionate care made a big difference in the recovery process.

I am writing on behalf of my father, who underwent a bypass surgery in 2009. Recently, he consulted Dr. Shiva Garu (Cardiology) due to a viral fever and for a routine cardiac evaluation. After performing the required tests, Dr. Shiva Garu found that my father had mild dehydration. He explained the condition clearly and gave us two options: 1. Hospital admission - for close monitoring of his fever and health condition, considering his previous medical history of high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, and brain stroke. 2. Home management - if we could observe him regularly at home by maintaining hydration, checking vitals, and giving all prescribed medicines for two days. He advised that if the fever does not subside after two days or if there is any deterioration, hospital admission should be considered. Dr. Shiva Garu's approach was calm, caring, and patient-oriented. He never pushes for unnecessary admission or investigations. Instead, he provides balanced guidance, explains the pros and cons, and leaves the final decision to the patient and family. He is not money-oriented or target-driven, but genuinely concerned about the patient's well-being, focusing on what is medically necessary and safe. His ethical approach and clear communication give confidence to both patients and families. Recently my father admitted because of high infection,later after treatment infection reduced,thank you doctor.

Specially to mention, Sujith and Aneesh, Sudhakar, Sisters are the most Kind and Caring. So are the ward service staff too. I reiterate, Hospital has a High Potential To Grow Much Big Much Acclaimed. Excellent service, Dr Shiva Prasad is very experienced and very knowledgeable. He listens to all your medical concerns carefully and suggests the best treatment. Hospital is very neat and clean and entire staff is very co-operative.

Not sure how it has this good reviews in Google. I had a different experience. There was no proper attendant icu. In 1 day of admission they were just busy in increasing the bill cost. In prk we got far better service and treatment.
