Despite multiple urgent calls, texts, and even attempts to reach him through Apollo's official contact channels as well as his personal mobile, he failed to respond to a critical medical request for my father, a long-time patient who previously underwent bypass surgery under his care.
Medical emergencies require prompt attention, yet his complete negligence left us helpless in a difficult situation. A doctor's responsibility doesn't end with performing surgeries; it extends to providing ongoing care and guidance when needed. Patients deserve better commitment and reliability from their doctors.
