We came to Yashoda Hospital, Hitec City, for my father's CABG (open-heart) surgery after he was diagnosed with triple vessel disease. Even without a prior appointment, we were given a walk-in consultation with Dr. Vikram Reddy, whose reassuring approach instantly put us at ease. He was admitted the same day, tests were completed within two days, and surgery was performed on the third day by Dr. Vikram Reddy Aerra and Dr. Siva Sankara Reddy. The procedure went smoothly, and he was discharged just five days later. The Anesthesiology team Dr. Sushanta Panda and Dr. Srinija were excellent, as were the ICU and ward staff. Every doctor, nurse, and technician was polite, attentive, and professional. Hygiene was outstanding, and the dietician-planned meals and housekeeping were very good. The hospital is also very reasonable in terms of financials, which adds to the overall positive experience. Highly satisfied with the care and coordination at Yashoda Hospital. Our family doctor Dr. Dilip Kumar and Dr. Srikanth were or attending doctors. My wife was admitted for food poison and gastric issues due to complications. Our experience can be summed up below. Pros: Spacious neat and clean rooms. Emergency Doctor team and nursing teams are quick and efficient. All the staff are friendly. Insurance team was really efficient. I found the night shift nurses more efficient in the wards. Spacious corridors and efficient lifts. Value for money when it comes to the room rent. Each department supervisor would come to ask if there are any issues faced by us and they work on the same. Sufficient parking. Cons: Food from the inhouse cafeteria needs improvement from the variety provided to the food provided for the patients. At times we need to keep calling the morning shift nurses to change the saline or antibiotic drip. During the day when we press the call bell the junior staff will come to switch it off then the senior nurse will come in to assist at times there is miscommunication between them.
