Fake Doctors Practicing: The individuals sitting at the hospital and prescribing treatment are not MBBS-qualified doctors or even certified interns. No Doctor's Name or Registration Number on Prescription: The prescriptions provided do not mention the name or registration number of the doctor who is treating the patient -- a basic legal and ethical requirement. Unprofessional and Rude Behavior by Dr. Chidrupi Sharma (CEO): Dr. Chidrupi Sharma, who is the CEO of the hospital, responded rudely when I contacted her to raise concerns. She bluntly told me: "Go to another hospital; at our hospital, we don't put duty doctor's names on prescriptions." This is highly unprofessional and shows complete disregard for patient rights and transparency. Unethical and Money-Oriented Practices: The hospital charges 650 just for a consultation -- and that too by someone who is not even an intern or MBBS-qualified. The staff seemed focused only on extracting money from patients rather than providing genuine medical care. Receptionist is Uninformed: The receptionist had no knowledge of the doctors on duty or their qualifications. Unnecessary Tests Prescribed: I took my wife for a consultation regarding a simple viral fever. Instead of basic care, they prescribed multiple unnecessary tests -- clearly a tactic to extract more money. Doctor Refused to Sign Prescription: When I asked the doctor to sign the prescription, he refused. This clearly indicates that he is not a qualified doctor and does not have the authority or designation to sign medical documents.

Positives: * Prompt service with minimal wait time Major Issues: * Medicines dispensed as unlabeled manufacturer strips with no identification. I couldn't tell which tablet was which when I got home. * Prescribed nebulization therapy 3 times daily but gave zero instructions on how to do this at home. No guidance on whether to buy equipment, visit a clinic, or any alternatives.

Fake Hospital - Instead of Doctors, Interns are pretending to be one of them. Once test are suggested then these interns not able to understand the report. Later when we created chaos, they refunded all our Money

Good hospital and lab reports are really fast and take care of patients is so good thank you for all staff

Dont visit this hospital. I was treated by a doctor who just completed mbbs(not sure) Name of the doctor and registration number is not mentioned in the prescription. I am going to file a case but still want people to know the reality, hence posting it here
