The worst management ever, when we say we will low cost treatment they themselves the head doctor himself asks to get a rod and says that he will reduce money and when the insurance claim raises a little in the end while billing him and his staff flips the words, such an awful experience and such an disgusting behaviour. While u join they just put up a show of being good do all kind of unwanted tests and gain money.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at this hospital. We approached them for my father's ECG, but before even completing all necessary preliminary tests (like Troponin T), they recommended an angiogram and advised immediate admission. A major concern was when they reported low platelet counts based on faulty equipment, later admitting it was their mistake. Despite this, we had to bear extra expenses for repeat investigations (6000), which were done at an external diagnostic center and turned out normal. There were additional unexpected charges like 400 for GRBS monitoring and 1000 for a day's monitor usage, making the overall billing very high compared to the services provided. I expected better care, accurate diagnostics, and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations.

The care and attention I received at Onus Heart Institute were exceptional. From the initial consultation to the post operative care, everything was seamless and professional. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone with heart concerns
