Everyone was wonderful. Skylie did my IV and it's the first ever it didn't hurt or leave a bruise. Greg did my pictures he was very good treated me with respect. Im sorry I forgot the ladies names that did the stress test. They were very kind. The girl who did my last pictures was very good. Explained everything she did
Every single person I dealt with today was wonderful. I'd highly recommend. However, I got terribly sick upon leaving and had no idea that was going to happen. It was a long two hour drive home with too few bathrooms to stop at.
My experience the Heart Institute was great. Check in was fast. Stephanie was very friendly and knowledgeable. Her portion of the testing went very smoothly. The next step was the treadmill and Lory and Roger were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They were both a pleasure to be with for the stress test. I was very satisfied from start to finish.
I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr Barbera. He explained my diagnosis in very clear terms. I also want to comment on the care I got from Dr Bitar. He too explained my diagnosis very well and also in very clear terms. Going forward into the future, I know what to expect and what will affect the outcome with my heart health. I highly recommend these two Physicians. I feel as though they are exceptionally qualified to practice their specialty cardiology practice and we in the Rapid City area and in western South Dakota are fortunate to have this caliber of physician providing our cardiac care and treatment.
The hotter monitor technician was very polite and knowledgeable. She was patient and answered all of our questions. We felt very empowered and competent when we left.
