I would give you no stars if I could. You let a man die that was only 33 years old. You gave your feedback and you weren't even sure it was correct. We didn't know what to think or decide even though you are a DOCTOR. After coming back from Duke you just went with what you guessed was wrong. You let him get a ICD implant in Columbia AND didn't program it correctly along with in medical rep. Resulting in the end of his life at 33 years old. You should have been able to stop it. You let him die. You hold so much responsibility in his death. It is unbelievable how you still practice medicine. You should be ashamed.
