This was an echo appointment. I had 9:30 on my calendar so when my grandson called and forgot his math book I thought I had just enough time and might still make it by 9:15 for early registration. But the bridge was out on that road and I had to drive around it, along with 2 blood sugar drops. I called at 9:15 to say I was almost there but had to detour around the bridge...pressed2 to speak to someone but no one answered. I arrived at 9:28 .. blood sugar 64 so it took a min to pop in a bite and stop shaking to walk in. So when I got to the desk I was told I was a no show. Asked if I could wait and be seen. The answer was no but maybe Friday. Too many appointments this week. Dr Lang has been great but now I have follow ups no longer critical so not worth the trouble to have a cardiology practice without care .... Caring for my heart. Never had an issue with Dr Lang .so my years of going here have come to an end. I hope they get the message that my life and time matters too. I always understand schedules, wait times and emergency for my doctors offices. None of them mark me a no show for 15 mins, especially if I have tried to contact them. I had to ask if I could wait. Seems all I would have gotten was " she marked you a no show. In less than 15 mins! . Frustrated with not having respect or common courtesy to even give me a call. It's not like they don't have my number. The doctors/ NP's are just not worth the office anymore.
