Great experience for mom. The nurses Beth and the technician Michael were very nice during her stress test and gave my mom Stella special attention when I explained her anxiety and FND. Dr Sergeant was also in tune with moms history and seemed genuinely interested in helping us figure out next steps.
Dr Sargeant is always spot on. He is an awesome doctor. He is always prepared for exactly what my visit is about. He always goes the extra mile to ensure the proper and exact diagnosis and therefore, I am getting the treatment plan needed. He tells it like it is, and explains the way it is... in layman's terms, including what my part "has" to be, moving forward.
Dr. Sargeant has become one of my favorite doctors. He actually listens, gives me time to ask questions and throughly explains his answers and my concerns. I also like the staff in the office.
My visit with Dr. Sargeant was very thorough and I felt relief leaving the office that my health is the best it is going to be. I trust his judgement and put my heart health in his hands.
My first time act this Prisma Health care. Hate the parking but the facility and staff are awesome.
