Dr. Sam Reid is a very competent Doctor Barr none. However, over the years the competence of the staff is non existent. I'm supposed to go to Dr. Every 3 months due to diabetes. I have been waiting since October for a March appointment. It is now changed to a May appointment. Prescriptions are always sent to Pharmacies incorrect. Wrong dosage's on the bottles. When I use 42 units 3 times a day, it's incorrectly written as 72 units at bedtime! Medicines would be changed to another type but the original prescription isn't stopped, so I was taking 3 different medications that were duplicates, for years! I was taking twice the medicine every day! I have gone months without medication such as insulin. Im going to another medical facilities!!! Again, Dr. Sam is a very good Doctor, but the staff are incompetent!!!

Everyone was patient & kind. I have nothing but praise for my experience in the office. Dr. Reid was thorough and unhurried during my visit, showing interest and concern, which I greatly appreciated.

All the employees are wonderful. Kind, considerate, and caring. Dr. Reid always explains terms and medications fully, and backs them up in written report for future reference.

Everything I have mentioned. I have seen no person that had the integrity character and empathy of DR. Reid. He has put his li. his heart, body and career into helping those in diRstress and in need. He is a good man, a First Responder . A doctor and a friend to all. SRMC has certainly done us all a great deed for allowing Dr. Reid the opportunity to effect so many lives and bring glory and honor not only to himself but to SRMC. Dr. Reid we salute you!
