I loved his bedside manners. He was very thorough and explained things very well. Plus his staff is very friendly some of them have been with him for almost 20 years so to me that says a lot about him as a person. I recommend you see Dr. McDonald.

If you are looking for a hand holder he isn't the one. This man was straight forward and didn't sugar coat. That's what I like, his knowledge and care for my grandmothers wishes, meant the most to me. He gave me the info so I could figure out the needs on my 93 year old grandmother. He is a GREAT doctor.

Went for 2nd opinion referral. Had long wait to get appointment. Did feel rushed from care staff during appointment, some poor communication. Like was 20 min late getting in, after told to arrive 30 min early. Office staff friendly, felt welcomed, informative. MA needs to smile dealing with patients regardless of how her day is going. A little warmth goes long way. Was put in a different room for vitals than where seen and unclear directions from MA. Doctor was on time. Confirmed my suspicions and listened. Made the drive to new location worth it (45 min to hour from my house).

Called in at appointment time, friendly staffing, and even the medical student was well mannered and engaging. My comments and suggestions for tests were listened to and encouraged.
