Unlike, other doctors we been to that insist that they are the only ones that know what's best for our child. Dr. Horne is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He took the time to explain to us all our options and PRAISE GOD for the decision He helped us make, our child doing very well and we avoided a surgical procedure for a PDA that was already scheduled but now is no longer needed.
