Nancy and the rest of these "professionals" make Dr. Kevorkian seem compassionate by comparison. My mother was seeing a cardiologist for first time and was nervous and requested someone go back with her. Despite visitor restrictions clearly stating adults with special care needs can be accompanied by a family member, they refused. Twice. If you're going to try and cite policy, it's probably best that you KNOW the policy.

I really like Dr. Penmesta. However, I needed a heart catheterization and no one bothered to tell me that Oconee only does "diagnostic" heart caths -- they don't do stents. I need a stent, I think, and now I'm faced with a 2nd cath, I guess, to get it fixed. Maybe there was a disclaimer in some of the fine print of the documents I signed, but this need to be up front -- not hidden away or not personally addressed by the staff.

Dr. Cabanero wasn't very thorough and never did follow up with me on heart monitor results. Definitely not recommended.
