Dr Chan has replaced my heart valve 2 times first at Charlotte hospital in 2003 second one at Piedmont Medical Center 2018. He just keep getting better with time. I owe my life to him twice. His team and the hospital were so nice to me and my family. He is a doctor that's an everyday guy. He is the only doctor I would recommend for open heart surgery. I was lucky that he was my surgeon. I'm sure Charlotte really misses this surgeon. Keep up the good work Dr Chan

Recently I have a heart attack that took us by surprise since I have a history of great health. Dr. Chan team took care of me and is not sufficient in this review for my gratitude for his service. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a professional cardiovascular team. It has been one year since my aortic (bovine) valve replacement, carotid artery and ablation surgery and I feel great. Dr. Chan's bedside manner and surgical skills are amazing. Hope it's not necessary, but if I do need a skilled surgeon who is easy to speak to, I'd select him again in a heartbeat!
