My appointment day was the first day of me every being a patient of this facility. The man who watched the entrance door was nice and friendly. He helped me with directions as to where I need to go.
The lady who sat at the admissions desk was nice and polite while she took my information. The nursing staff was awesome on the second floor. Dr. H (I don't want to spell his name wrong)was amazing. He took time to talk and listen to me and my concerns. He explained everything in a way that I could comprehend it. Thanks for the great experience.

Arrived on time was told to go to Window #. Was a bit taken back when I was asked if I had been traveling and to where. As a widow not use to sharing my travels. Was asked to sign a "hippo" sheet. Asked where was it. The young lady stated it was on her screen, but I needed to sign the black pad. I asked her when was the last time the pen and pad was cleaned. She stated they do it in the morning, lunch time and close of day. I advised her that I vis clergy and visit parishioners, and would appreciate have the pen/pad cleaned. She came out of her area and did clean the pad/pen. I then stated I neeed to see what I was signing before I signed my name. This Rock Hill office needs to address these issues for NEW CLIENTS.

We now see Crystal, as her schedule is more flexible, and she's just as good! Also, anytime I call in with a question or an issue, I get a call back from a nurse in a timely manner.
