I met with Kerri the first time in July 2025. She spent a great deal of time educating me how to read nutrition labels, explained the different food groups and listened to my goals. Kerri devised a meal plan and explained the importance of incorporating those groups with each meal. I just met with her the 2nd time to clear up questions and listened to her valuable suggestions. I'm excited to follow this journey for better health by eating healthier and exercising to reach my goals. I feel confident by following Kerri's advice I will get there.
