Highly recommend this facility! Walked in with my son for a sprained shoulder. Immediately after we checked in which took 2 minutes, we didn't even have to sit down before we were called to the back. The doctor was in our room within 5 minutes, X-ray completed within 10 minutes. The whole experience was under 1 hour. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

I had to stop here from out of town during a family vacation and had a great experience. Check in was very easy and didn't wait too long to get back. The nurses and Dr. Spencer were great and very helpful. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had at an ER, highly recommend.

The Gentleman that greeted my son and I was pleasant. Socialized with us and all. We didn't have to wait very long. The fact of four people came in the room and looked at my son's lip to tell me that, they couldn't do anything. In fact, if the first or second person knew that then , why more came? Something ran out in front of him and he slammed on breaks and hit his lip!!! Then to receive a $300 bill for that is ridiculous! They didn't even recommend anything. This is how they make money?

Nurse called my husband a jackass for taking the bracelet off my 1 year old because he was crying hysterically wanting it off with a huge cut on his mouth that required stitches. He did not need to be crying like that if he didn't have to. I believe her name was Stacey. Not happy about her. Dr Zack was great and the other nurse who was a pediatric nurse of 30 years was fantastic. Thankful for those two because Stacey was not great. Maybe the job isn't for her! Also there's no one at the front desk, only a kiosk which I feel like an ER needs someone at the front. Kinda odd.

The nurses, especially Chris, were very helpful and caring. The ER doc not so much. He said I needed to be admitted because of a serious heart issue. Very serious he said. I also had a uti as well as sepsis. The uti and sepsis were exactly right. When the emts got there to transport me to the main hospital they both said they had never transported a live ventricular fibrillation patient. Three days in the hospital and no sign of a heart issue. If you have a serious issue, go the main hospital and avoid this place.
